THE SPACE
The main living area is on the 2nd floor and has a light and bright open floor plan that flows from the living room to the dining room, and kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart TV. The dining area has seating for six, and it has a well-equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a powder room and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

BED & BATH
On the top floor you will find a Master bedroom with a new King-size bed, and new hybrid mattress. The master bathroom has double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has 2 new Queen-size beds with new hybrid mattresses. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have ceilings fans, top quality cotton linens, and 55” smart TVs.

Parking is on the driveway only, with extra free parking available just a few yards away.
