What do I need to bring with me?
You should find everything you need for your trip in our well equipped vacation homes. Towels, pool towels, hairdryers,.. We supply a starter kit of mini bathroom soap, shampoo, shower gel, an extra toilet roll for each bathroom, kitchen paper, coffee filters, a couple of garbage bags, washing up liquid and dishwasher soap
Where do I check in?
No check in is necessary as we complete all the formalities online. If it’s your first visit to Vista Cay we would be delighted to meet you at the clubhouse and show you to your condo or townhome. Alternatively, you will receive full directions and arrival instructions including a plan of the resort plus gate and door codes.
What time is check in /check out?
Check in is after 4pm and check out is 10am.
Can I check in early and check out later?
As our homes take several hours to clean and prepare, early check in is only possible on days when there is no previous guest checking out. Late check out is usually possible only if there is no arrival that day. Where a late check out is possible there may be a charge.
We arrive late, could you arrange for some basic groceries?
Absolutely, we can arrange a simple welcome pack or a full shop. See Services for details. If you prefer to shop yourself, Publix supermarket is open until 10pm in the plaza just next door to the resort.
