THE SPACE
This lovely 3rd floor overlooks Lake Cay with sunrise, sunset and SeaWorld fireworks.
Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished.
The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen.
Light and bright with a large seating area and 65" Smart TV.
The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner . Just off the kitchen the cosy den has an office space, sofa and smart TV.
BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels and overhead fans.
The master bedroom features a fabulous king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 doubles in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom.
Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching the sunset or the season fireworks from Seaworld across the lake.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Lin’s Vista Cay. My only complaint would be that we were so busy with other things that we didn’t get to spend enough time there. The condo was excellent though! 💗 Pool area fantastic! Balcony very serene. The interior entry for the building felt inviting and safe as well. The grounds were very beautiful. Thanks Lin for an incredible stay -the Patricks and Spoons

Lin's incredibly beautiful and clean condo was the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. It's exactly as pictured; spacious, elegant, comfortable and so clean. If we return to visit Disney again we will check to see if this property if available. Check in and out are both simple. There is a Publix two minutes away. The neighborhood is gated, lovely, and safe. Thank you so much, Lin!

This condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. We were surprised by how much space we had. Having 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, a dining room, laundry room, and full kitchen sure beats a hotel room. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals at the condo. The Publix next door is very convenient. The location was fantastic - we were 15 minutes away (or less) from everything that we did - Disney, Discovery Cove, water park… It’s even a short walk to the pool from this condo. We also enjoyed walks around the lake and sitting on the patio overlooking the lake in the evenings. It’s a beautiful condo - thank you, Lin!

This was our 2nd stay with Lin and it was just as great as our first experience, very clean, great location walkable to restaurants and grocery store and centrally located between Disney and very close to Universal. She is available if you need hee and very responsive! A+ will stay with her again!
