This beautiful new 2000sf condo was recently upgraded. New floors throughout, new furnishings, luxury mattresses and furnishings.

You will love returning to this calm, spacious home after a day at the parks or convention centre. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 or 8 including small children.

The Space
A luxurious seating area awaits you in the open-plan living area complete with a 55" Smart TV plus a handy desk.

The handy den has another Smart TV (bring your Netflix account) as well as a large single sleeper sofa.

The open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar with additional seating or relaxing in the living area. There is also a high-top dining table for 4 in the kitchen area.

The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area and den where there are comfortable seating areas.

Bed & Bath
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms.

The master suite has a king bed with new, luxury pillow-top mattress, 37” TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet.

The guest wing has a king room with 32” HDTV and a further room with 2 full-size beds and 32” TV plus a full family bathroom.

A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

Extra high ceilings, close to convention center & several parks, convenient trash removal, lovely grounds with walking/running path. Close to Publix, Dunkin’, Chikfila. Nice balcony to hang out and have coffee/drinks. Most importantly, very clean, no weird smells, just a great place to come back to after a long day and relax. Highly recommended, in fact, have already done so! Would absolutely return!

This is the best room you can find in all of Vista Cay. Easy to get to the pool. $7 Uber to the convention center

Our place we great. Location was perfect. Carpet in master bedroom needs to be replaced or cleaned otherwise the place was super clean and very cozy.

Great stay at this very clean and spacious condo. MUCH larger than what the pictures show. Location to the pool, workout room and club house were about as close as you can get. I loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable condo that was located near tons restaurants and close to all the parks. The entire family of five had a blast. I would definitely recomend this condo to those that are particular and spend days on end looking for the right place to stay.

We loved our stay here and were impressed with the location (we visited Sea World), spotless condo and ease of communication with the owner. The condo is breathtaking and will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in the door. It is well equipped and you will have everything you need for a great stay. The condo is SO CLOSE to the main pool which was a benefit as well. We could not have asked for anything more and cannot wait to come back. You will not regret visiting this property!

Host was very professional. Unit was extremely nice and very clean. Complex was very nice. Not super fancy but very well maintained and very friendly staff. Easy commute to Parks and airport.

Lin’s place was great! The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is close to some really good restaurants, drug store, and grocery shopping for longer stays. Lin was quick to reply to our questions and the check in/out process was super easy. The only downside from our stay was that the condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building and the ceiling is super thin so you can hear everything on the floor above you. If that doesn’t bother you then this place is for you! Would definitely stay again.

This condo has a great open floor plan perfect for family entertaining, bedrooms are large, everything was very clean! The owners were very responsive and made accommodations for us that made our trip even more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this condo in Vista Cay! Large pool with bar and arcade was fun for the whole family!

This was the perfect place to stay for our children’s spring break vacation. Very clean & spacious. It looked just as it does online. We didn’t have any issues. We wanted to extend our stay but they were booked for the rest of the weekend. I’m not one to leave a review but this was well deserved.

This place was very nice and clean. The host was also very nice and responds quickly to any questions you may have about the place. This place offer quick access to the pool and other amenities. The host provided a lot of information about the location, places to eat, and things to do in Orlando. This place definitely accommodated to my family and especially to my two little boys. They loved this place and especially the pool. We would love to stay here again. ❤️
