The Space
This lovely 2nd flloor corner overlooks the main pool, and Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks.

Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished.

The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen.

Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV.

The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our huge dining table with fabulous views (also ideal as a boardroom table).

The den is a quiet corner to relax with a book.

Bed & Bath
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, Smart TVs with premium channel adn HBO. All bedrooms have overhead fans.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom.

Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching kids splashing in the pool or the bird life around Lake Cay.

The condo has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and spaciousness of this unit. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The balcony had a great view of the pool and we were even able to watch the Sea World fireworks. We will definitely be booking this unit for future stays.

We had a wonderful time at the resort and enjoyed our condo very much. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the lake right outside our balcony view has a great walking path for exercise / or just plain enjoyment!! The manager was so easy to work with - always returned our questions or emails in a timely fashion. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Overall a good property with plenty of space. We were here for a conference and this property is walkable to the convention center south concourse, although we mostly took the shuttle. Would be a great option that is more affordable than some alternatives for a family taking in the activities in Orlando.

“Thank you for always being so kind and helpful! it's a challenge finding a place that my husband can stay at with his multi chemical sensitivities, and you both have always been transparent with me. It is greatly appreciated.” I have stayed in multiple homes that Lin and Teresa host...and this home, like the others was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Lin and Teresa are always responsive when needed and have been helpful in finding a home that fits our needs. Highly recommend any of the homes they host.

We loved this property, and will be back! We have stayed at many properties in the Orlando area and this was by far the best! The property of Vista Cay is very well maintained, we had a great view of the water with a wonderful balcony with patio furniture so we could sit and enjoy. Even better was the layout of the space, the furnishings and deco was as wonderful as you see online - there are NO surprises here! In fact we were surprised to find a high chair, and a pack and play - they have really thought of everything. We are pretty picky when looking for vacation rentals, we had the family with us there for the holidays and it was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t have changed a thing an incredible property!

Very comfortable apartment. Plenty of room for 7 people. Location was great for Universal Studios within 10 minutes. Clean beds clean towels and clean appliances.

This place was perfect. It was located close to the parks, so spacious and very clean!! Lin and Teresa were quick to respond. Check out + check in was a breeze. It really felt like a luxury stay at a 5 star hotel but for a more affordable price point . I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Orlando!

We had a fabulous stay. One small issue with the internet but it was fixed within a half hour! Great location and close to the pool. Amenities were wonderful for our two children. Will stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful location! Views from the balcony were great. Very close to Disneyworld and Universal as well as restaurants and shopping. The rental was spotless and has everything you need. Check in process was so easy and Lin answered any questions I had almost immediately. Highly recommend this listing!!

We've stayed in several units at this property over the years, and this was our favorite unit. The beds were comfortable with bedding that appeared to be new. The unit was in great condition and looked like everything was recently updated. We searched for a unit without carpeting that looked clean due to severe dust allergies. The unit was immaculate, and it's obvious that the cleaning service is thorough.

Our stay was such a pleasant experience. The condo was clean and just as the pictures had it, if not better. We had one little incident that was our fault with the code and i called the owner and it was fixed in seconds. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lin’s place! Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Great location especially if you’re going to Universal Studios (like we were). The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! We highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Orlando! The complex even has an EV charger (although it wasn’t working during our stay!).

THIS PLACE IS GREAT THE LOCATION IS IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING SO THAT WAS A PLUS I BOOKED FOR A GIRLS TRIP THE PLACE IS JUST AS THE PICTURES ME AND THE GIRLS LOVED THE BIG MIRROR IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND THE HOST RESPONDED QUICKLY AND EVEN BROUGHT US EXTRA TOWELS AND ADDED MAKEUP WIPES. DEFINITELY WILL BOOK AGAIN IF WE COME BACK
