The master bedroom has a queen sized bed boasting a super comfy Sealy Posturpedic EuroPlush pillowtop mattress, 32” flatscreen TV, overhead fan, lake views and en-suite bathroom.

The guest bedroom has 2 leather framed beds, one double and one twin. There's also a 32” flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and a large, full bathroom.

What a fabulous place to stay! It is clean and newly renovated. It overlooks the pool and the pond. The walking track around the pond is glorious! We plan to stay here again ❤️

This place was awesome and we will book again when in the area. It was convenient to the convention center where our event was as well as near great restaurants. It was a great location and the view of the lake from the balcony was an added plus. We had a great time albeit too short. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Excellent property and location. Very close to theme parks, but also loved having a Publix, Walgreens, and several dining options. We enjoyed a very clean and comfortable space. The communication was great and very responsive to any questions I had. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The property is in a good location on the complex, very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a very nice accommodation. I needed help booking in, they were easily contacted and sorted me out straight away, so felt we had good customer support as well. We would stay there again.

Everything about this stay from start to finish was perfect. We were exhausted when we arrived but the check-in process was perfectly seamless. From the moment we opened the door into this spotless and tastefully furnished unit, we were never let down. The setup for a family trip to universal and Disney was utterly perfect. Everything we needed was located in the unit and it was incredibly clean and comfortable. Lin, the manager of the rental service, was communicative right from the start and super helpful. We couldn't recommend this rental more for a trip to orlando! It was amazing to be able to come home and make great meals in the well appointed kitchen and take the kids for a swim and to play in the arcade which is right outside of the unit. It was quiet and there was a grocery store right up the street and lots of food options. Grab this rental if it's available!

Great location directly next to the amenities. Full view of the kids pool and a bit of the main pool. Super easy walk right out the back with access to the pool and beautiful walking trail. Nice to enjoy the balcony without the blazing sun on you any time of day. We even got to view the fireworks coming from Seaworld from the balcony. Walgreens, Ice Shop/bakery, and wonderful breakfast place just steps away without having to cross any busy streets. Lots of parking right in front of the unit. The rooms were spacious, including the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the A/C and water pressure worked great. We couldn't asked for more.

We stayed here for a family Disney trip for a little over a week. I worked remote from a bedroom (just needed to move the table in). The kids had their own room with two beds which was perfect for them. The balcony was great for evening glasses of wine and the kitchen had enough to get by. I would say that this is definitely a vacation rental location, so the pool is very busy almost daily (not a bad thing but just know it’s not a quite pool that no one uses). Has a very nice running path right outside around the water which I used daily. We went to all Disney parks and with traffic it was between 15-20 min each way. What a great feeling to get into your own car and be back in a nice shower within 30 minutes of leaving the parks. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this place for our trip to Universal Studios. It’s very conveniently located! Nice pool area and cute condo! Lin was an amazing host, I left my ID at the Nashville airport and she let me mail it to her as she kept it safe until I could retrieve it from her! I would definitely recommend this stay !

We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Our place was conveniently located to the convention center, restaurants and entertainment. The rental was set with bath and 4 beach towels. Nice to have our own washer and dryer. We did need to buy washing machine soap but there were 5 pods for the dishwasher. There was a starter set of shampoo/conditioner/lotion similar to what you get at a hotel. There was enough toilet paper for a week. Nice view of the pool. Enjoyed the walking loop around the pond. My son enjoyed the basket ball court but due to Covid they didn’t have balls but we did get one at the Walgreens near the resort. Really enjoyed the resort!

This spot is perfect. Great location right off Universal and close to theme parks and the city. Balcony overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Walgreens, Publix, and restaurants all within walking distance. Master bed is so comfy! My hubby and I always struggle with sleeping well on vaca, and this time we slept like babies! Water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Condo was super clean. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a nice and comfortable stay at Lin’s place. It was very convenient to visit mostly all the theme parks we had on our list, especially Universal Studios. Publix next door was very convenient as well. We ended up cooking some meals at home. Access to Vista Cay’s pool and arcade was fun for kids. Pool/Lake view from the Lanai is great! Overall, we had a blast!
