THE SPACE
This lovely 3rd floor overlooks Lake Cay with sunrise, sunset and SeaWorld fireworks.
Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished.
The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen.
Light and bright with a large seating area and 65" Smart TV.
The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner . Just off the kitchen the cosy den has an office space, sofa and decorative fireplace.
BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels and overhead fans.
The master bedroom features a fabulous king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 doubles in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom.
Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching the sunset or the season fireworks from Seaworld across the lake.
The condo has a full-size washer and dryer so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times but this was by far the best condo. It was very well equipped and the condo was very clean and in good repair. In addition communication with Lin was great. She was very responsive. Thank you!

Thank You Lin! We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo. Especially we appreciated the tidyness of the condo and the area around it. The big grocery store nearby was also very convenient and a huge plus, providing us everything we needed. The location of the condo was great overall since it was a 15 minute drive to Disney World and Universal Studios parks.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay with this property. It was conveniently located to all the Disney locations. It was also right next to pool and hot tub which is where I spent my time! Gorgeous- we would stay there again.

We had the best time during our stay. The condo was spacious and spotless. We had everything we needed and it was convenient to shops, restaurants and Disney. The resort staff was super friendly and helpful. We hope to return sooner than later.

It’s perfect. We stayed for a conference meeting at the Center literally across the street. Great area with all we needed within blocks. A huge time saver! Over the years of coming to the conference, every January I have stayed at many properties in Vista Cay, and this one is by far the best one yet!

This unit was very spacious and quiet setting (at least during the week when we stayed there). It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Also we got there a little before check in and when I called the person was very quick and accommodating to provide a temporary code. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment. The photos on VRBO changed a few days before we arrived and are exactly as pictured. Everything looked brand new and was tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfy, apartment was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was wonderful, overlooking the lake and pool. The resort was very quiet and close to restraunts, universal, seaworld and aquatica. Great communication with Lin the host. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was a great unit. Check-in and out was so easy and convenient. Unit was way more than I expected. The furniture has been updated since the pics posted online. We loved the balcony, which overlooks the lake and pool. The unit is so open and very spacious. I also loved that this unit was literally close to everything. Publix grocery store is within walking distance and probably a 2 min drive. There are also other food options in the same plaza as the grocery store as well as a Dunkin Donuts. The theme parks are so easy to get to as well and all within a 20 min drive . Would definitely stay here again for next visits to Orlando.

This condo was perfectly located a short drive to Universal Studios. Disney and other attractions were not far away either. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk away. A quiet community, clean and modern condo. We will definitely stay here again.

Probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented from VRBO. The unit was big and very well decorated. Our family of five fit perfectly. The streaming capable TV’s made teh kids happy as they could log into Disney+ in the short time we were watching TV. We visited Universal Studios and the drive was about 4 1/2 mile and maybe 10 minutes to the gate and basically on the same street. There were plenty of options nearby for food as well. Overall, this rental unit goes on our list of place to stay again. We even bought season passes to universal because this unit is so perfect for us to visit a few more time this year:-)

Perfect location next to the Convention Center and convenient to Universal and Icon Park. We attended the Arnold Palmer Invitational and it was easy for that also, as well as access to Disney Springs area. The unit is as described- beautifully furnished and everything you need. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't use much of the kitchen but there appeared to be plenty of dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. Easy check in and secure with key codes at gate and unit door. Communication with the property owner was easy and response was prompt- thank you, Lin!! We were a family of 6, all adults, so each couple had a bedroom and their own privacy, with 4 people sharing the second bath, which seemed to work fine. Due to the short stay, we did not use any of the amenities onsite, but there are plenty of them and the pool looked fabulous! The condo is a 3rd floor, corner unit overlooking the water and I was able to make enough time to sit and enjoy the view. Very nice! Overall, I highly recommend this unit, and this property owner. We were very satisfied with our experience!
