The open-plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" HDTV. The sleek kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal.
A comfortable dining table seats 4 and there is also seating at the bar.
Just beyond the living area is a furnished, oversized lanai with lake view providing additional lounging space to relax with a cold drink after a long day at the theme parks.
A cosy den offers a separate area to relax with a book and has 2 of the cutest single pull out sofa beds. A handy desk is located off the dining area to catch up on work or check the reviews on all the local attractions and restaurants.
BED & BATH
The elegant master suite boasts a king bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, ceiling fan and 37" flat screen TV. There is a vast remodeled en-suite bathroom with designer tiling throughout, large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, an oversized soaking tub and screened toilet.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a 37" flat screen TV plus an en-suite family bathroom.
The condo also has a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and felt like home. The location at the property was great, steps away from pool and clubhouse area. I would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

The condo and its amenities was a great deal. Location was ideal for convention center and Disney attractions. I had a number of minor questions for Lin throughout our stay and she was always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely consider going back again!

This was our second stay at Vista Cay. It’s incredible. This property is decorated beautifully, and so comfortable with the choice of furniture, from couches to the beds. I love the ground level access, as well as the balcony view of the lake. The walking trail is so lovely to take in the views and get exercise. The area is very safe and inviting. The place is also just next door to the pool, which is so convenient. The property manager was kind and always helpful and available. There is a Walgreens less than a block away and a gas station and Chick-fil-A just across the street! Highly recommend the property and would absolutely stay again.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Die Schlafzimmer mit Bädern sind geräumig und auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man gemütlich sitzen. Nachteile waren ein verdreckter Garten (wir baten einen Gärtner dann den zu säubern) und da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, etwas dunkel. Im heißen Sommer ist das allerdings bestimmt ein Vorteil. Es ist ruhig, wenn aber Bewohner darüber sind, hört man alle Toilettenspülungen. Insbesondere im Wohnbereich. Das fanden wir alles andere als attraktiv, besonders wenn man beim Essen sitzt. Da in Florida für 2 Tage extreme Kälte herrschte, hatten wir die AC auch zum Heizen benutzt. Dort entzündete sich der angesammelte Staub und der Feueralarm wurde ausgelöst. Mit ausgeschalteter Lüftung beruhigte sich alles, die Apartmentverwalterin war ansprechbar und am nächsten Morgen war auch der Gestank verschwunden. War aber sehr beängstigend. Und der Geruch nicht schön. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus, der Müll wird täglich entsorgt. Bis auf die Mängel ein positives Wohnerlebnis. Auch sind Stateparks, Disney World, Cape Canerveral sehr gut zu erreichen. Date of arrival - December 20, 2022

My family (Me, wife and my son) just got back from the most amazing 3 days in Florida. This apartment is perfect it has everything you need and it is modern and clean. It is close to Disney, Universal an SeaWorld and also close to shops and restaurants. If you're are wondering where to book I would definitely recommend here. Thank you Lin.

We really enjoyed our stay in the unit! It was a great layout and very spacious. We spent most of our week going to the theme parks and found this location to be very convenient. The Publix is a few minute walk away and there was also a good breakfast spot called @ The Diner in the same shopping area that we hit a couple times.

The online pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It is so spacious and roomy. Totally modern look! The lake and walking path right outside patio is beautiful and quiet. The moon at night over the lake is beautiful! Unit is located right near pool but you don’t hear any pool activities. Door to unit is safely located inside its on secure hallway. Building was never noisy. Publix right near by as well as Orange County Convention Center - perfect for us. Easy drive to fun parks! Book this place - you will be happy you did!

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Although we didn't get to use the amenities the unit was next door to the clubhouse which would be very convenient! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property manager was attentive and quick to respond....we will definitely be back again

We are frequent visitors to the Orlando area, generally renting anything from 6 to 3 BRs for family visits to Disney. This visit we wanted to focus on Universal, so Vista Cay was totally new to us. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made an excellent choice, in fact we all agreed that this condo was our all-time favorite of the many accomadations we've rented in Orlando. The apt. is spacious, immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Furniture, including beds, were inviting and comfortable. The area itself is bonus, easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and best of all, 10 to 15 min drive to Universal. The host was quick to answer questions and even made a "house call" to fix a malfunctioning TV within 15 minutes of our call. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, very spacious condo. Felt like home. Everything has been thought of. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry room within the condo, lots of dishes, pots & pans...etc Lin the condo manager is always incredibly responsive and very sweet. This stay is a MUST. You will not regret it! We will book it again for sure!!

This is a beautiful condo with a very private first floor balcony area overlooking the water. It was so peaceful and lovely with a nice ceiling fan. A completely delightful stay, we did not want to leave… ever! Awesome bathroom and soaker tub and great shower too! So spacious and beautiful and within minutes of the parks and festivities!

We had the most wonderful vacation at Vista Cay. Our unit 106 was everything advertised; beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. Beds were clean and comfortable. We preferred to eat breakfast in so we especially loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with functional modern appliances. The walking path around the lake was everything we’d hoped for. The gym was a bit small but well equipped with exercise machines and weights which were useful. I really liked waking up to the view of the lake from my bedroom. We utilized the balcony which also overlooked the lake, every morning for breakfast. Easy access to Publix and Walgreen’s for quick grocery shopping worked well for us. During our stay, the property didn’t seem to have been fully occupied, this allowed us to enjoy the pool and game room without crowding. Lin, the property manager was perfect! She was always available, responsive and accommodating from our booking to our last day. Consistent good customer service is important to us. She nailed it! Overall, Vista Cay was perfect for my family vacation! We are pleased with our stay and will definitely repeat.

BEST Airbnb ever. Lin & her husband was very kind. The house was sparkling clean and very spacious. They were very quick with responding to ANYTHING we needed. Geoff even came to help us with the tv when we had a little trouble turning it on and was there within 5 to 10 mins. My family & I enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave. Check in was easy and straight to the point. We will definitely be booking with Lin the next time we are in Orlando.
