The Space
This fabulous vacation home was one of the resort Show Models and is beautifully furnished with high quality, French classic, period furnishings. Brand new wood flooring, porcelain tile, granite and marble in the kitchen and baths plus lovely views of Lake Cay. Easy walking to the Convention Center which is right next door and just minutes to all local attractions and parks.

The condo is situated on the 3rd floor with views over Lake Cay and a large furnished patio.

The full size open plan kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and everything you might need to whip up a snack or a feast. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar and opens onto the living area.

We have a separate dining room with a table that converts to a poker table and hidden inside, a baize lined roulette table!

Bed & Bath
The large master suite has a king bed with new hybrid mattress and a huge en-suite bathroom with an oval garden tub and separate oversized walk in shower.

The guest wing has a further king room and a third bedroom with 2 full size beds.

All rooms have overhead fans and Flat Screen TV's. The bedrooms all have deluxe beds with upgraded pillow top mattresses & quality cotton sheets and bedding. Sleeps 6 (8 max including small children).

A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

If you enjoy a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have a landscaped lakeside path.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney, Universal and Sea World. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall and Premium Outlet Malls.

Fast food to 5-star dining are also within minutes on International Drive.

Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away.

On the edge of the property is a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), UPS store and several casual restaurants.

Excellent experience. Unit was beautiful, everything was clean and location was perfect for us as we were attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Check-in info and digital guest guide were very helpful!

We really enjoyed the 5 nights at this property. The checkin/ doorlock was so easy which was great since our flight was two hours later than intended. The place had plenty of comfortable space. We used the pool twice (both times very nice) and walked the area everyday (great walking path). We were close to the conference center and to the entertainment. Thank you!

Lin's place is fantastic! It's very large, she has everything you could need available. There is a huge balcony with a nice view of the lake. The grounds and pool were very nice, and it's an easy walk to Publix and the liquor store, so long as you aren't carrying too many or heavy bags back.

The Condo was a great place to stay. It had plenty of room for friends so you could have your own area when needed. The pool and walking path was really nice to have. The location to restaurants and activates was wonderful. We spend a day at EPCOT and Universal. Also had fun at Top golf, laser tag, giant swing and mini golf.

Vista Cay is a great location for alot of local attractions! This condo has a relaxing view from the balcony and it is a very short walk to the pool on the jogging trail right in front of the condo. The condo is very nice and Linn is great to work with! She is very responsive to our emails even when we were locked out of the place she helped within minutes! We even got to extend our stay. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The resort was exactly as advertised and more! The pool was perfect. We visited the tiki bar and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants were close and easy to get to! Thank you!

Spacious, clean condo just a few miles from the Universal Parks. We Uber’ed to the parks, and it was a breeze. Tons of restaurants nearby, and Publix next door was so convenient. Would definitely recommend. Owner was great and let us borrow pool towels on checkout day since we had a later flight.

his is a beautiful and spacious unit with a lovely lanai and view of the lake - perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the lights of nearby attractions at night. The whole unit is tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. I especially appreciated the bed in the master bedroom, which was so comfortable with high-quality linens. The living area had plenty of room for our family of five to enjoy time together. We also enjoyed the property’s amenities, especially the walking trail, pool, and poolside bar. The pool staff was friendly and helpful. Lin was quick to respond to any inquires and was a very accommodating host.

Our family loves Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort. It was filled up this time and we found our Vista Cay property through VRBO. The property and the owners were great. The property was clean and staff was very friendly. The location was excellent. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go from Sea World to Disney to Rocco’s Tacos. Highly recommend.

We were in Orlando for a quick weekend trip and were hoping to find a place that would be spacious and comfortable. We found all that and then some! This condo is well decorated and very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the pool or other amenities, but the location to grocery stores and freeway access was perfect. Nice views from the unit and very quiet as well. The hosts were very accommodating yet not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.
