The Space
An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.

There is a big marble-topped dining table for 6 and seating at the bar for 3.

The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area and den where there is also comfortable seating, TV and a selection of board games.

This huge, corner condo was recently upgraded with new paint, new full beds, top quality linens, art and much more!

Bed & Bath
This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (8 including small children) on new, quality pillow-top mattresses and top linens - plus a queen sofa bed in the den.

The master suite has a super comfy king bed, vast en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.

The guest wing also has a king room. Both king rooms have a Tommy Bahama island feel with dark woods and rattan (and sumptuous 16" Sealy Posturepedic Euro-Plush mattresses).

A further guest room offers 2 double beds. There is a full guest bathroom.

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans

Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away.

On the edge of the property is a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), UPS store and several casual restaurants.

Lin went above and beyond overcoming issues with our foreign currency, as well as holding a package we had sent ahead on our trip. Great agent, very nice spot!

Very clean and well-appointed property. Photos accurately depicted current condition. In and out process seamless. Being a cook, I would suggest an updating on pans - specifically a few larger saute pans and oven dishes. Overall, a great place. This will be first on our list for our next visit to Orlando.

This property is beautiful and in an amazing neighborhood and location. Lin was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The pool was great and very convenient as well. Perfect place for families!

My friends & I enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable property. The location was very handy and close to many restaurants and places to visit. The beds were comfortable, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the view from the porch. The only things we thought could be helpful were hooks on the door for multiple towels and mirrors close to plugs in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again though!

This is a beautiful unit in a great location. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you need for an extended vacation. Lin made the entire process seamless. We would definitely stay again.

This is a brightly lit corner villa, well-appointed for those travelling with families, ( e.g. high chair in the laundry room), and tastefully decorated. It was an ideal location for business at the Convention Center while the rest of the family enjoyed other Orlando sights. The sunsets from your patio were memorable. Thank you

The condo was lovely, large, and nicely furnished.. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The pool area was great fun, and the arcade room kept the kids busy on rainy afternoons. I would recommend for families traveling to Orlando.

We LOVE staying at these properties for trade show stays in Orlando yearly. Would gladly come back again to this space it was so comfortable and big and open and the host was very helpful, we ran into an issue that he resolved immediately and we could not have been more happy or more comfortable. We would love to come back next year even!

We had a great stay at this property. Very safe, clean, and well appointed. Check in and out was so easy. Beds were comfy. This is so much better than staying in a hotel! Only complaint would be that they need more bath towels.

The place is exactly as described. They thought about every little detail. Literally feels like walking into your own place, there is nothing you need besides food! Cooking our own breakfast and dinner after a long day at the park made the whole experience feel even more “homey”. Lin is as professional as they come! Look no more, THIS IS the place to stay! It was a very short drive to Universal..the place is spotless, spacious and it absolutely made the “togetherness” more special for us! Lin.. is the BEST super host!
