This place is ideally located for any activities at the Orange County Convention Center. Very close to lots of restaurants, a Publix, and a Walgreens. Plenty of space, 2 king beds, which is very nice, but I will say the room with the doubles is tight and does not have a closet space. My only concern was there were a couple items left from previous occupants that the cleaning crew failed to remove which made me a little uneasy with the overall cleanliness. The condo as a whole appeared clean, no issue with the bathrooms or kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this condo provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 teenager.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to come and go. We went for a volleyball and could easily catch an Uber to the convention center from our rental. We could even walk to the convention center if we wanted. It was quiet and the grounds were clean. The two pools were really nice. The gated community felt safe and we always had parking spots to choose from. Everything was super handy like Publix, chic fila and tons of things to do. The kitchen was great too. It just needed some glass baking dishes for the oven. Other than that it was perfect!

This was a beautiful unit on the 4th floor. Location was close to the main pool and clubhouse. The unit clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Lin, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay her again!

Lins place was perfect for a theme park getaway. The space was clean, easy to navigate and always had parking. There was more than enough nearby and again, perfect for a theme park getaway. Disney World and Universal were each 15 minutes or less away. We couldn’t recommend it more for a big group.
