Just off the living area, with comfy seating and big screen smart TV, is a private balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid king mattress with en-suite bathroom and a large walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top mattresses (1 is king, the other a queen). and all bedrooms have overhead fans and Roku TVs.

The place was great.. my only complaint was the WiFi was terrible.. I needed to work and I had to use my hot spot for internet access.. also I'd suggest supplying more towels and wash cloths.. other than that it was great

I am sorry to hear about the WIFI. This is generally a quick fix by rebooting and had I know , we would have addressed immediately. The extra towels are located under each vanity in both bathrooms. This is explained in the digital guide sent prior to arrival. Sorry for any inconvenience, the solution was only a phone call away and I am always happy to help.

Looks like the pictures! The only downside was that our unit was farthest from the amenities so we had to drive to the pool/gym. Great kitchen amenities, lots of towels including for the pool.

Have stayed in Vista Cay multiple times as I have a lot of family in the area. Solid community with great amenities and close to all. I booked Lin’s place last minute for a funeral I had to attend in the area. She was responsive regarding check in and the place was spotless, comfortable, and had all the necessary items needed for a meal in the kitchen. There was one minor issue with the ice dispenser leaking on the fridge, however I just shut off the water valve to stop and notified Lin via the app since it was late at night and did not want to disturb her. All in all well worth a visit. Thank You Lin.

We booked Lin’s condo unit for a quick weekend trip to Orlando. The unit was immaculate. Very pleased with the quality of furnishings, and the entire unit. Everything was in good repair and worked properly. The recreation amenities (pool, spa, etc…) were top notch and we enjoyed them very much.

I have stayed at Vista Cay many times. All the condos their are great. Great pool with a bar. Groceries, drug stores, and restaurants close by. Perfect spot if attending a show at the Convention Center.

The location met every need. We were close to Universal Studios (10-15 minutes) and close enough to Epcot. Everything we needed was within easy driving distance (pharmacy for crutch tips). Description and directions were spot on. We would stay here again anytime. Thank you so much!

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, great hot water. Nice balcony. About 10 minutes to Universal Studios. Nice pool and jacuzzi, about a 5 minute walk away. Grocery stores and a few restaurants about a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful apartment just like in photos. Host is very responsive. Our only complaint is related to Vista Kay in general, not the apartment, but the pool during the month of July was like a hot tub and not refreshing at all.

The property was perfect for our volleyball tournament, location is closest to the convention center so easy to walk. Condo was clean and bed were comfortable. Lin was quick and responsive with anything we needed. Will rent again for next year!
