This place was awesome. If I could give it six stars, I would. Beautiful place, like new. Quiet and perfectly located. I walked to breakfast every day and. There is both a Walgreens and Publix within a 15 min walk. Very very safe area as the whole property is gated. If I’m in Orlando again, I’ll come back for sure.

Lin was a fantastic host. The condo was very modern, clean and spacious. Great location to be in (close to tourist areas) yet somewhat private. I HIGHLY recommend this condo and would definitely rebook if I’m in the area.

We stayed here during my daughters volleyball tournament at OCCC. It was perfect! We were able to walk every day and not have to fight parking lines. The pool was great! We brought dinner in for the team to the pool and all are together. Communication was fast and easy with Lin. The condo was clean and comfortable. It felt bigger in person than the pictures even showed. We loved it. We will stay there again next year if possible! Thank you Lin!!

We loved this condo! It’s even nicer than the pictures. Lin was great and easy to work with. We had a flight cancellation and she was kind and gracious while helping us with the needed changes. She was quick to respond to any need. The condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Great place to relax after a day at the park. The beds are very comfortable as well. I would definitely come back.

We absolutely love this place! It's in a great location - you can walk to restaurants or groceries nearby, it's right at a nice lake where you can go for a run and enjoy the birdlife and other beautiful wildlife, and it's really easy to get to the parks. The resort also has a nice pool area with the most genuinely friendly bar tender I've ever met! The apartment is large and spacious, super clean, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. We rented the place for a week, it felt like our home, and we were sad leaving. Best of all, was how great the host (Lin) was. She was super friendly and very responsive (generally responding within minutes)! There were some people renting one of the other apartments above us, and one night they were moving furniture around at about 11pm (after quiet hours). I reached out to Lin about it, and she immediately got it resolved, so we were able to get a great night's sleep!

Lin’s condo is great! I wasn’t expecting so much space when we walked in! The beds are comfy the bathroom is super spacious and the overall vibe of the apartment is so cozy! Lin was super easy to communicate with and didn’t miss a beat! Beautiful space ❤️

Perfect location and place for our stay for the Citrus Bowl. Very clean and Lin was always promptly responsive to inquiries. Pool and hot tub area was a plus. Walk path along the lake another plus. Balcony was nice. Only downside is that when you arrive, no first morning coffee to get you by before grocery shopping. That said, grocery is VERY close but had to buy staples like toilet paper as only two (2) rolls per bathroom. No tissues. Would probably stay again as the cleanliness and size of the condo were worth the stay.

This is definitely worth the price. It is very comfortable and convenient to lots of the attractions. The pictures don’t do justice for the amount of space you have. Definitely a great place to stay.

The condos are self catering but we do leave a few extras, just to get you started, like 3 extra rolls of t.paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee filters and kitchen paper. We list this on your arrival email and in our digital guest guide, so you know exactly what to expect in the condo, and explain that for anything else Publix and Walgreens is a short walk from the condo.

Absolutely beautiful and exceptional clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you so much for the accuracy of the condo and we really enjoyed reading "The Secret Language of Birthdays", very interesting and quite accurate for our birthdays. The book is definitely a conversation piece!
