The Space


At 1825 sqft there is more than enough space for up to 6 people to co-exist
very comfortably. This lovely condo has just been upgraded with new flooring
and furniture.


The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook,
chat and watch the 55" Smart TV. The sleek, all-new kitchen with granite work
tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to
whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table for 4 extends
to seat 6, and there is also seating at the bar.


Bed & Bath


The elegant master suite boasts an antique king sleigh bed with new, plush
pillow-top mattress and quality linens plus a 32" flat screen TV. The suite
also boasts a vast en-suite bathroom with double basins, garden tub, oversized
walk in shower and screened toilet.


The cute guest bedroom has 2 twins and a 32" flat screen TV and full en-suite
bathroom.


A cosy den offers a separate area to relax in front of the 46" flat screen TV
and acts as a 3rd bedroom with a large single sleeper-sofa.


A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save
suitcase space for outlet shopping!

Very clean, well stocked apartment in an excellent location. Had guests with a child who came to dinner. There was no high chair available, within an hour Lin had a high chair to me! This was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were thrilled with the condo. It was as advertised. We were missing a Keurig coffee machine, contacted the host, and it was hand delivered to our door the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!!

I booked the property primarily for the close proximity to the convention center, and it was very easy to get where we needed to go from the condo. It was spacious and clean, which is a BiG deal to me. We didn’t have any major issues. We had a hard time figuring out how to get the fan in the living room working, but eventually found the right switch/cord!!🤣🤣 The only thing we would have liked to have would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms because my crew are VERY hot natured. Overall, this is a wonderful property, and I have told friends to absolutely try to stay there when in Orlando! Thank you for a great stay!

lin was a very accommodating host and the condo was as described on the web site . very close to universal and just a 13 min drive to Disney attractions. Would really help if the vacation rentals on VRBO had a 11AM check out instead of 10 AM,

This place was great. The property was clean and very spacious. Really close to Universal Studios. Really nice pool. Easy check in and check out process. Excellent communication from owner who gives you all the info you need and more to have fun during your stay.

Clean unit, the kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware and plates. If I have a comment it's that I wish the master bedroom had a ceiling fan. It's the furthest room from the a/c handler and it was warmer than any other room at night. A fan would have helped a lot, this is constructive criticism, not a complaint. Otherwise everything was great.

We booked this location to celebrate our son’s 9th birthday at Universal Studios. It was very spacious, clean and the location was perfect! It is close to all theme parks and several restaurants nearby. Lin made the process seamless for us. We hope to be back for our next stay!
