You will love returning to this calm, spacious home after a day at the parks or convention. The condo comfortably sleeps 6, or up to 8 including small children.

The Space
Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a luxurious seating area and 60" HDTV and includes a cosy, mid-century modern den with a handy desk.

A fully-equipped kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.

There is a dining table for 4 and seating at the bar for 4.

The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is comfortable seating.

Bed and Bath
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms.

The master suite has a King bed with new, luxury pillow-top mattress, 37” Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet.

The guest wing has a king room with 32” HDTV and a further room with 2 full beds and 32” TV plus a full family bathroom.

The living room leads to a large tiled and furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings.

Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit.

On the edge of the property is a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), UPS store and several casual restaurants.

Great stay!… entrance code change seemed to be exactly on 10.00 … my daughter wanted to grab a drink from the fridge but was too late… could have been an issue if we’d left something more important!

I have no complaints about my stay here. Everything was clean and as advertised. The self-check-in was smooth and very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the area.

For starters, Lin’s apartment is very comfortable, clean, and immaculate in every way. We were a family of 4 but the apartment would comfortably sleep 6 with the way Lin has her bedrooms organized. The apartment was conveniently located next to the convention center, was 20 mins away from Universal, about 12 mins from downtown Orlando, and similar distance to the arts district. The apartment complex had a really nice pool and tiki bar that our family was able to enjoy for an evening. Last, Lin was very nice and was able to help out with a couple of queries we had. Overall, we had a very good experience at her apartment and highly recommend it to folks traveling with kids and additional guests/ parents.

The location is perfect. Not too far from everything but still felt secluded. The place is amazing and great staff. Would definitely stay again. It’s hard finding some where comfortable with a family of 6 and 3 of the 4 kids are teenagers… but this felt like home away from home.

This was a great place to stay for the conference I was attending at the Orange County convention center. While it wasn’t exactly within walking distance, the Uber ride was 5 minutes or less. Overall it was a great stay

The property was very clean, smelled so fresh from the moment we walked in! The location was perfect, as we were attending a function at the Orange County Convention Center, and then later in our visit headed to Magic Kingdom. Check in/out was seamless and Lin was very attentive when contacted for a quick question. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay again.

We rented the property to use while attending a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Our host Lin was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in. Everything was great! The only bad thing is, it was a little too noisy. It was hard to go to sleep.

Gosh. Im so sorry if you had noisy guests above during your stay. I wish you had said or called security. We have strict Quiet Hours from 11- 8 and security would have stopped any noise immediately.

Amazing place. Lin was the best host I've ever had through Air BnB. Her responses were almost immediate and she was super polite. The place was immaculately clean. Great layout and centrally located near everything. I would definitely revisit. looking into coming back in the very near future. The family and I are beyond happy with our choice to stay at Lin's place.

This unit was sparkling clean... I mean literally spotless. The location was fantastic, only 3 miles to Universal. The club house amenities were great (huge hot tub, arcade room for the kids, gigantic pool, shallow splash pool for little ones, and even an outdoor bar!). We never ran into another human in our entire building, which felt safer than staying at a hotel due to the Covid-19 pandemic. (Of course there were other guests at the pool, but that’s outdoors and they all followed distancing guidelines). It was easy to find upfront parking to the building. There is a Walgreens within walking distance in case you forgot to pack any necessities.
