The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living area/ kitchen. It's a light and bright corner unit with wood and tile flooring throughout, spacious living area with comfortable seating and 60” Smart TV,.

The kitchen has beautiful black granite work tops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and comes equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner.
The den, just off the kitchen is a cosy hideaway with queen pull-out sofa, smart TV and a handy desk.

This was our second time staying at one of Lin’s properties and she is amazing! Highly recommend staying at this particular property-the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all fully updated, spotless furniture and most importantly, safe environment to truly feel at home. When we return to Orlando, we will definitely book with Lin. 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious with an open floorplan. Communication with the host was great and we had everything we needed while we were there. The property is located in a great area and anything we did was a short walk or drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Plenty of room, lots of light, very clean. I had to work remotely for a few days, so it was nice having the extra den space and a desk. We would definitely rent here again!

I brought my 14y old daughter and 3 of her friends to Universal for her 14th birthday celebration! 🎉 I felt comfortable letting them walk around this gated neighborhood. Great location if going to any of the theme parks. It took us 16 minutes to get to Universal parking garage’s. The condo is well laid out with plenty of space and clean. We had everything we needed except toilet paper, with 5 girls, 2 rolls/bathroom wasn’t enough. 🤣 Easy to get in and out of with the elevators. We ate at The Diner in the Publix plaza and it was so yummy!! Oh, we also had a plumbing issue at 10pm and contacted Lin. She was quick to respond and Geoff was straight over and fixed the problem. Whole thing took maybe 20 minutes.

I booked this stay to spend time with my family on our first vacation in 10 years. Lin's place was just as the listing stated it would be. It was beautiful and a true home away from home!! From the minute we stepped through the door until the moment we left to come home Lin's place was perfect! It was super clean, the beds were Very comfortable and everything from grocery stores to Disney parks were very close in proximity to the condo. I had back surgery recently and was concerned about the beds being comfortable. No need to worry we all had the best sleep every night. We spent our days at Disney parks and our evenings at the condo. The ability to make food, use a washer and dryer, have space spread out or spend time together, everyone in our family had an amazing time. Lin you have a wonderful place and we will book with you again on our next visit to Florida!! Thank You so so much for taking such care and providing a safe, comfortable place for families to stay.

This was the best AirBnb we’ve ever rented. It’s in a great location, not only in Orlando but also within the Vista Cay resort itself. It’s about 1/2 block from the shaded playground and basketball courts and about 1.5 blocks from the pool. Close enough to walk but far enough away not to hear any noise. A few things to note: The condo was blissfully quiet, comfortable, and clean. Our group consists of a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) -year-old and we all found the beds to be very firm. Lin and Geoff are incredibly helpful and responsive and wonderful hosts.

We were so excited to come to Orlando and be at the center of it all. The condo was beautiful, newly updated and very spacious for our family of 6. I was impressed with the binder in our condo that gave us recommendations for food and necessities. We loved the location and all the resort offered, the game room, tiki bar by the pool, hot tub and pool. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the little insects on the counters in the kitchen. I didn't keep any food out on the counters. I made sure to use a cutting board put when cooking and kept the drains closed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Lin and Geoff were a pleasure to work with! When we had trouble accessing WiFi and no ice from the ice maker they responded quickly. The property itself was exactly as pictured. Nice linens, comfortable couches. We really appreciated the large dining table with seating for 6. And the den area with the sofa and TV! We did do a bit of cooking and would have liked a few more tools and a larger frying pan, but those are minor things. What would be helpful is more towel bars in the guest bath or hooks in the bedrooms. We had 4 people sharing the guest bath and only space for 2 bath towels. Vista Cay itself was in a super location (close to SeaWorld, shops and restaurants, Icon Park) and the pool was great. We'd definitely rent this unit again!

The property is amazing. Very conveniently located. And it was a lot larger than we anticipated. However, our nephew has severe allergies. And upon arrival he started having symptoms after being on the couch. We noticed the animal hair on the furniture and called. They said they would come to clean it but no one did. We put sheets over them to contain that area. I’m sure that couches are normally overlooked for things like that. But otherwise the place was nice.

Im so glad you found our condo 'amazing' Crystal. One of my housekeepers was there mid afternoon on 17th - nobody was home at the time - and she thoroughly went over the sofa and cushions with a hepa vacuum. She did see a few 'strands' which she assumed came from the shaggy Mongolian faux-fur cushion (clearly shedding slightly and now removed). We have a strict No Pet rule in all our condos - on pain of a large fine - and to the best of my knowledge nobody has ever smuggled in an animal. It's very possible your nephew reacted to the Mongolian fur cushion or, in fact, any of the feather cushions on the sofa. We always hope that guests inform us if someone in their party has severe allergies. I would have removed the few allergy causing items - such as feather or shag cushions to avoid any discomfort.

This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to Disney, Universal and various restaurants. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to have a great vacation. Everything was perfect! The correspondence with the owner made check in so easy and the condo was very clean and quiet! It is beautifully decorated and simplistic yet attention to detail is made to have a perfect place to stay in Orlando.
