Spacious and comfortable, this 3rd floor 2000sf condo sleeps 6 adults or up to 8 with small children, is in a quiet, secure and gated community located just off of International Drive and minutes from all the theme parks, restaurants, world class shopping and the best of Orlando.

The Space
This condo has the best possible location in Vista Cay Resort, directly next to the main pool and clubhouse. It was just upgraded with wood flooring in the living area and new seating.

There is a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is ready with all you need to prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal. The cook can also chat with the family and watch the 60" HDTV in our open plan living/dining room.

You will also find a cosy den with a reading area and desk.

Just beyond the living area is a huge furnished patio to enjoy a cool drink on a warm Florida evening.

Bed & Bath
The master bedroom features a king bed with a large en-suite bathroom which includes his and hers double vanities, large walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub.

The 2d bedroom also has a king bed, and the 3d bedroom 2 full beds. There is a full family bathroom in the guest wing.

All beds are extra long, have upgraded plush, pillow-top mattresses and high quality linens and flat screen TVs.

The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

Fast food to 5-star dining are also within minutes on International Drive.

Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away.

On the edge of the property is a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), UPS store and several casual restaurants.

My husband and I made a last-minute decision to go to Orlando for a few days and were very fortunate to reserve this beautiful condo. This was our 4th time staying at the Vista Cay resort but the first time in one of condos managed by Lin and Geoff. The pictures and reviews of Poolside Charm are very accurate! From the moment we stepped into the spacious and beautifully decorated unit, we knew that any future Vista Cay visits would be at this or another of the condos they manage. We felt welcomed from the moment we made the reservation to when we checked out. Lin provided helpful information about the condo, resort, and surrounding area both online and in a notebook in the condo. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, the rocking chairs on the large porch were a nice touch, and the condo was immaculate (clean!). Our questions were answered quickly and in a way that demonstrated the respect and care that Lin and Geoff have for their guests. For those not familiar with the Vista Cay resort, it is a gated community with several amenities on site and is within walking distance to a large grocery store and some great local restaurants. It has easy access to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping but we enjoyed simply hanging out at the heated pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo. Overall, Poolside Charm and its hosts deserve a 5+. We look forward to returning to Orlando for an extended visit in 2024 in one of Lin and Geoff's condos !

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our rental was just as described and pictured. It had everything we needed and more. We were located close to the pool and clubhouse and the resort was full but everyone was very respectful and it was surprisingly quiet. Great time and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great Condo in a great location next to pool and clubhouse. Great throughout with lots of space and modern furnishings. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and won’t hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning one day.

I recently booked a stay at Vista Cay through Your Vista Cay, and had a wonderful experience! My fiance and I met my future in laws in Orlando for vacation. I volunteered to find the hotel, and found this amazing place at Vista Cay where we could all stay together. The first positive sign was that Lin was recommended to me by another owner,which speaks volumes. She was very responsive, and answered all my many questions, and sent everything I needed to select the perfect spot. My in laws were so impressed with the place, they immediately said I was now in charge of finding accommodations for all future trips! The room was spacious and clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My best friend was also in town for a conference and was coincidentally also at Vista Cay. When she came to visit she noted how much nicer ours was than the one she was staying in. She said it was more beautiful and in overall better condition. Needless to say, she took a business card on her way out the door! There's a Walgreen"s and a Publix shopping center with.a couple restaurants all within walking distance. I would recommend Lin and Geoff at Your Vista Cay to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Orlando!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The rental unit was exactly as pictured, clean and inviting. Lin was available and easy to contact. Our children enjoyed the playground, pool, basketball court, and arcade. Every amenity was clean and useful. The location is perfectly placed near Publix, restaurants, golfing, and Universal Studios. This is our second time staying in this unit, and can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you Lin!

Great experience with this condo. One minor hitch, cleaning people were still in cleaning our room at 4:00 pm. They let us put our stuff in the room and when we returned at 4:30 room was done.

Rented two properties for big family. Good central location for sea world, discovery cove, aquatics and universal. Check in was as easy as walking in and putting the door code in. Fully equipped for what we needed. Kids liked the amenities.

Unit was accurately photographed and described in listing. Kitchen essentials were in place and well prepared. Ice maker (essential in Orlando Summer!) worked. :) Unit has been a vacation home for some time. My experience with these is with many people using a unit over time, the wear and tear is excelerated. Deep cleaning seems to take a backseat when you can earn $ renting the unit for a week or weekend. We had a pleasant stay and the unit was closely positioned to the pool and gym which was important to us. Enjoyed the layout and split bedroom concept. Codes worked and checking was a breeze. Overall, worth it!
