This 2100sf, 2nd floor corner condo is located directly next to the resort pool and Clubhouse with views over the pool area. Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and only 12 minutes from the airport! It is also next door to the Orange County Convention Center.

The Space
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a huge sectional seating area, 60” Smart TV, dining area and den.

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Bakers will enjoy the bonus of a Kitchen Aid, cook books and many handy extras.

The den offers a generous sofa bed for one and 55" Smart TV - the perfect hideout for the kids!

Beyond the living area is a beautifully furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee with a view of the main pool area.

Bed & Bath
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed, 55" Smart TV, ceiling fa, walk in closet and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screened WC.

The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two twins in the other, all with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, plus a full family bathroom.

A full size laundry room means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

Fast food to 5-star dining are also within minutes on International Drive.

Orlando International Airport is 12 minutes away.

On the edge of the property is a large supermarket (Publix), a drug store (Walgreens), UPS store and several casual restaurants.

Spent a week at this condo, there were 3 adults and a teenager. Very spacious layout, extremely clean, great location to pool as well as close to Disney parks. We had a great time and would definitely choose this same condo again! Very comfortable beds after long days at Disney.

This unit was perfect for our extended family of 6. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We also liked the layout. There was plenty of space so that during our down time we were not bumping elbows. Lin was a gracious, helpful and funny host. The location was excellent 5-10 minutes from the amusement parks and groceries were around the corner. We had a couple of issues and he was so prompt in attending to them. Even changing out the ceiling fans so they worked with remotes! If or when I'm back in Orlando, I will definitely stay here again.

Email check in was perfect and understandable ( even for my 60 ish self). Property was larger than we expected from photo’s. My bed was delightfully comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well supplied and we used the pizza restaurant recommendation our first night. Wish we could have used the pool and other facilities but weather / time did not permit… Definitely keeping you in our files. 🤗❤️

I've stayed in this complex before but never in this unit. I LOVED it and Will definitely return. The location is perfect, within minutes to Universal/SeaWorld and everything orlando has to offer. There is a shopping complex right around the corner with a publix, amazing NYPD pizza, donuts, burgers, liquor and much more. The property itself is gated, and we felt very safe. There is a pool, we did not use but many others were enjoying it. This unit was very spacious! The master bedroom with its own bath with jacuzzi, a walk in closet. 2 guest rooms, one with twin beds ans another with a double. Large living room with dining table, kitchen with seating at bar, and a balcony to sit outside. I highly recommend!! Very clean!!!!!

I really don't have ANTHING bad to say. This was a great vacation and a great condo. It was clean and well stocked. Some additional washcloths and paper goods would have been great, but that's nothing compared to all the other amenities. This place is HUGE! We didn't even go into the living room. Lin was very responsive and getting into the unit was a breeze. The location is so convenient. It was a short drive to shopping and the parks. The grocery store is right around the corner. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Vista Cay during our visit to Orlando for an event at the convention center. Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen) very much enjoyed the location, cleanliness, comfort and decor or the area. Lin was a phenomenal host (as many other reviewers have stated), especially when one of my children inadvertently left clothing in their closet after our check-out. We opted to walk to the convention center daily to avoid driving and parking hassles. Good exercise and a convenient choice! The pool was busy a good bit of the time, but we expected that with the number of other volleyball families and usual summer visitors also staying for the week. We will book with Vista Cay next summer if given the opportunity!

When your staying at a location for a week you have certain expectations. This property exceeded ours. It has plenty of space we are a family of 4, it allowed everyone just enough space to get away but still together. The amenities that are furnished are enough to cook just about anything you want. The outside grill in the common area is close enough to cook with and still make trips back and forth. Shopping is within walking distance the location was very covenant for what we where doing. We plan on staying here next year.

Beautiful well appointed condo close to everything. The condo was great it had everything we needed and was so comfortable! Walked right down the stairs and into the pool area. Great walking trail steps away. We walked to breakfast at Momas Cafe it was delicious so definitely try that. We had a conference at the convention center and it was so close to that and Lin’s place was so much nicer then staying in a hotel. We would love to stay again!

Vista Cay is one of three condo rentals in the area that my family and I have stayed at, and we keep booking our stay at Vista Cay because of it's location to the parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. More over, out of our multiple stays at Vista Cay, Lin's condo was by far our favorite! She even has a den set up with a separate TV and couch for kids. Great place and Lin is great to work with!

Well-appointed and clean condo, near the convention center in Orlando. We were in town for an event at the Hilton hotel, and this condo was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo is very close to the pool and the complex also has a playground and a nice walking trail around the lake. We could hear some noise from the pool and parking lot but it got quiet at nighttime. Easy check-in and lots of good info about the area from the host. We would stay here again.

Pictures were accurate and there was enough space for the whole family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Close to pretty much every park in Orlando or at least within 20 min drive. Clean, new, well maintained and an exceptionally easy check in process as well as responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a weekend getaway. The condo itself was beautiful and clean, just like the pictures. The beds are extremely comfortable, the blinds close out just enough light to sleep in or take a mid day nap. Kitchen came fully equipped with all the tools you need to feel like home. The location was great, you're a short walk to the resorts clubhouse and pool. The resort is more for families but there's a ton of adult activities nearby. Lin was a excellent host, always responded quickly to my messages and answered every phone call. She even accommodated a additional night last min for us. I'd definitely book again.

Lin's condo is in a great and safe location to travel to all of the local attractions. Lin was amazing with quick and clear communication throughout my 5 nights stay at her condo. While I didn't use the pool, it looked amazing and much larger than I'd expected. There's a lake on the condo's property with a nicely paved running trail. The condo unit and balcony were larger than it appears in the photo's. The condo was very clean and well stocked with pots, pans, and tableware. There was plenty of parking inside of the gated community and a great deal of local shopping including a Publix Store within a half of a mile. While I unfortunately didn't get to meet Lin in person, I did meet her husband, Geoff, who was a gracious gentleman. I highly recommend this property. I will certainly be contacting LIn and Geoff when I return to the Orlando area to vacation.

The property was nice and in a good location. We stayed here and went to Universal. The kitchen was fully stocked the only thing we didn’t have was wash cloths in the bathrooms, so we had to go and buy some. But overall the place was great for our family.
