The penthouse is south facing with sunsets all year from the balcony and a glimpse of the lake and seasonal fireworks between the buildings.
The den features a full-size desk and a seating area that converts to a comfortable bed for one.
A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

This was our 3rd visit to Lin's place and it won't be our last. We attend multiple events at the Convention Center a year and can always depend on feeling right at home when we visit here. Clean. Quiet. Safe gated community. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable pillows and beds. Blackout shades in all bedrooms. Baby supplies-high chair & pack & play.

Lin’s place looked exactly like the photos. She had detailed instructions which made it easy to get to and easy check in. The place was very clean with one exception, one of the towels had a stain… but mistakes happen, there were plenty of other towels to use. The Airbnb is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops and close to theme parks. It’s also right next to the convention center. We had a group of four but the place was huge with lots of room. I definitely would stay here again!

This is our 2nd visit to Lin’s condo and once again it was perfect. Beautiful, clean, quiet condo. Beds and pillow are comfortable. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms make for a good nights rest. Kitchen is well stocked. Baby items- pack n play and highchair were a huge help for us. Host is always responsive and helpful. This condo is on the top of our list for future visits.

We had such a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Very close to parks, we came in to visit Universal Studios and its a very short drive away. We spent mornings at the pool, went to parks and then returned to our peaceful apartment, where we could sit down on the balcony or walk along the pond. There is an excellent cafe on Universal blvd that serves breakfast. 2 min walk from apartment. We will return next year!

The property was just right for our group. My friend and her 14 yr old son and my 14 yr old son and me. They bugged us all summer for a Universal trip. We finally planned for their fall break and this Vista Cay unit was just right. Us moms has our own separate king bedrooms and the boys shared the room with two double beds. The location was perfect and the amenities of the condo and the property checked all of the boxes! Would definitely stay here again!

I don’t think I’ve ever been able to give a place 5 stars for everything but they definitely deserve it. If your searching for somewhere to stay make this your last search because this is the place to book! It was very beautiful and I’ve never been in a air bnb that was so clean. The area/community was very nice also. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again if available!

Gorgeous apartment on the top floor of a pristine block. Photos are a true representation of the quality of the furnishings and decor. Brilliantly located - 10 minute walk to PUBLIX and some good restaurants. 15 minute drive to Universal and Seaworld and 25 minutes to Disney. Lovely and quiet with a large community pool and fitness centre only a 3 minute walk away

Everything about this rental was great! It looks exactly like the pictures, but not only that it was actually spotless as well. It was very spacious for the 4 of us. We had a very exciting game of monopoly at the dining table, and a hilarious Taboo game on the sofa. (We brought both those games with us.) One of the things that was important to me was the separate office space with a desk. I had to work a little each day and it was great to have a separate area where I didn’t disturb anyone. Also, Wi-Fi was great as I didn’t have any issues with speed while I worked. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish/pot/pan/utensils needed to cook any meal you want. We at about half our meals there so this was also important. The beds were super comfy and both bathrooms were really spacious. Check out instructions are a breeze. There are so many things to do and places to eat close by so you won’t have to go too far. Oh, and the pool/clubhouse/game room area was also pretty nice and it was great that pool towels were provided. Lin provides all the information you need, so I didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. You can’t go wrong with this rental. It really felt like home for the 6 nights of our stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing. While it was not the cheapest property we considered for our stay it was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The property is gated and is close to everything. We had an event at the Orange County Convention Center and it was literally around the corner. Definitely consider this place high on the list. Lin and her husband are very responsive. Great place to stay in Orlando overall.💞💞💞

Everything was great about our stay at Lin's penthouse.
The apartment is beautiful, well-decorated and ideally located if you are doing SeaWorld/Aquatica/Discovery Cove. Also super close to all the activities along I-Drive and not too far from Universal.
Lin sent all relevant info and was always very responsive - we can all appreciate hosts like Lin.

Lin was amazing! The condo was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. It was spacious and just what we were looking for in a rental. I would highly recommend. We went to Discovery Cove and it was very close to this location. Lots of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area, you won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are Big and everything is modern. Only thing ceiling fan in 2 bed room did not work. Master bedroom ceiling fan or even the light did not work. Everything els was great.

We checked and they all work perfectly, they just need to be turned on at the wall switch for the remotes to work. We are on-site and would have had that sorted out in less than a minute. Lin’s place is located extremely close to Universal and Icon Park, as well as central to other great attractions in Orlando, so the location was perfect to us. The condo looks exactly as pictured: very stylish and immaculately clean. The resort-style neighborhood it’s in was also very nice. As for the host, she was extremely helpful and quick to respond! We ended up needing a last-minute extension on our stay due to an unexpected circumstance and she responded to us within 60 seconds.
If you’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s before, then you may be accustomed to certain things being stocked in it, like toilet paper/dish soap/laundry detergent/paper towels/cleaning solution. Be aware that for necessities like these, you’ll need to shop at the nearby Walgreens or Publix for these if you choose to stay here. I’m not sure if this is something temporary due to covid, but this is the case as of September 2020. There are, however, plenty of bath towels and pool towels, dishes of every kind, and hand soap.
Overall, we were extremely grateful to stay here, and this condo was the perfect getaway! ❤️
