The spacious light, open-plan living room features a huge sectional sofa, 60”4K Smart TV, sexy rugs and beautiful art.
The large dining table doubles as a board room table. Prepare breakfast or a feast in our well-equipped, modern, open kitchen with granite breakfast bar.
The penthouse is south facing with sunsets all year from the balcony and a glimpse of the lake and seasonal fireworks between the buildings.
The den features a full-size desk and a seating area that converts to a bed for one.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr angenehm ruhigen Wohngebiet, welches direkt bei den diversen Parks liegt wie Universal Studios oder Disney World liegt. Die Umgebung ist mehr als sicher und bietet einem viel zum Unternehmen. Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung und der Lage und würden das Angebot jedem weiterempfehlen, der vor hat mit der Familie oder den Freunden eine entspannte Zeit zu geniessen.

Place was exactly as pictured & described & Lin was amazingly responsive! We came for Thanksgiving & to spend time with family local in the area — it was perfectly situated, close to everything you would want to do. We also enjoyed the community pool & gym. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, clean unit close to everything in Orlando!

Super close drive to all parks such as SeaWorld, Universal from condo. Very spacious and simplest condo on top floor. Nice kids playground 🛝 a minute walk away. Clubhouse with pool, games and bar 3 min walk. Very fast response rate with communication for apartment and keyless check in. Definitely recommended as large 3 bed / 2 bath with one bedroom with 2 full or queen size beds. Good for short or long term stay in area.

This Airbnb was fantastic! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Attentive host. Great location. We took Ubers everywhere and never waited more than 5 minutes for one to arrive. The pool within the complex was fun for our kids and had bar which served food, adult beverages and fun kids beverages. The pool was a nice filler in between Disney and Orlando days. Very pleased with our stay. We will absolutely stay at one of Lin’s properties with Vista Cay again.

Such a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment was fresh, clean and everything we wanted from our stay. The weather meant we had two days indoors and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in. The on-site pool was not too far to walk, it was a lovely pool and not too busy. The location was perfectly placed, close to international drive and not far from the parks. The lift meant stairs were not a problem. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Best place I have ever rented on Airbnb. I will gladly book with Lin anytime. The place was very clean, very safe, comfortable, and very stylish I might add. On top of it we left one of our apple products behind and she notified me before we even unpacked and realized it was missing. Lin went out of her way to make sure the item was shipped back to us. Please don’t think twice about booking this place! Can’t rave enough!

Impeccable. This listing literally has everything you could want. An amazing go location, especially for events at the Orange County Convention Center. This is our second stay at one of Lin's properties. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we sought her out specifically for our next stay. The penthouse we stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is close to the convention center and convenient to all other needs - restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Bathrooms are roomy and beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back when our convention brings us back to the area.

Very clean and spacious condo for my family and I to stay in while visiting the area. Lin was very accommodating and responded right away to our needs. We had 6 total people including 2 small kids and had more than enough space. Will definitely book again when we're back in Orlando!

M family was looking for a safe, quiet, immaculate home away from home for our vacation and this beautiful condo did not disappoint!
It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable after long days in the parks!

If you want the best night sleep of your life, then you need to stay here!
Lin's place is super clean, beds are soooo comfy and the entire resort is very quiet. This condo is close to the parks, has a Publix a block away and is about 20 minutes to MCO.
If you are traveling for work, like I was, you won't be disappointed either. Great internet speed and quiet during the day for getting work done and conducting Zoom meetings.
You'll have two cute little visitors while you have your morning coffee on the deck.
After a long evening of searching for insects, Gibson the lizard, likes to hide under the patio chair cushions, make sure you look for him before you sit down. He's only about 3" long and dark colored so blends right into the chairs. If you're outside before 7AM, Cecil the squirrel will also shoot to the top of the palm tree with a "Good Morning", energetic chirp.
I hope you enjoy Lin's place too. I will definitely be staying here again.
