A lovely 4th floor condo in Vista Cay Resort, a quiet gated community located just off International Drive and minutes from all the theme parks.
The Space
At 2001sf there is plenty of room for everyone. The open plan living area, with cosy seating area and 55" TV leads off a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
A handy breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal and a dining table next to the kitchen seats 5 persons comfortably.
The cosy den offers a separate area for the kids to enjoy a big screen TV with DVD player and has a pull out queen-size sofa bed.
Fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops, open plan living/dining room and a cosy den, highest quality furnishings throughout.

The condo sleeps 8 total: 6 in 3 bedrooms, all with upgraded pillow-top mattresses, large flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans plus a queen sofabed in the den.
There is a large private balcony with loungers and summer sunsets to enjoy after a long day at the park or convention center.
The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

Normally we stay in larger homes in Reunion Resort, but this was definitely worth the money and saving a lot of money. Next time we come back to Orlando this is the place to stay. Grounds were immaculate!

Extremely spacious and convenient! There is even a sofa bed in the 2nd living area. It also has a nice balcony with a view of the gigantic Ferris wheel!

The place was great! Very clean, had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Close to Disney and great food options! Would definitely go back! One thing I would recommend would be a rack in the shower for your things….overall excellent condo!

Had the opportunity to attend an event at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay complex and our rental property turned out to be a perfect location. Overall the facilities are non a great location with regard to both the Convention Center , local restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the on site facilities and the rental property was great. Extremely quiet facility , comfortable amenities, and it met our requirements . I would recommend this facility….. I would bring a beach wagon next time as the walk from the parking lot to the apartments with luggage and groceries etc was a bit challenging (especially water cases)

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Upon walking in, we noticed how clean it was, which we were so happy about. It was very spacious and there were plenty of utensils, plates, and pans for cooking. The location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants-we were there mostly to go to Universal, which was just minutes away. The pool area was very clean and not too busy during the week, but was pretty busy closer to the weekend, which was expected. Lin was very responsive to any questions we had and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!

This is a wonderful property and fit our family well for the trip. The place is clean, sufficiently stocked in the kitchen, nicely located near a Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts, bars, and restaurants. It is very roomy with plenty of areas to sit and relax, including a spacious outdoor patio. The community pool and hot tub were great and not very busy. The game room was ok but still fun for a few video games and billiards. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’ll be staying here the next time we’re in Orlando.

The comfort and location here couldn’t be beat. The unit is close to the pool area and had all the amenities we needed. The only hiccup was an overloaded A/C unit and the owner replied and addressed that problem immediately. We would return again and highly recommend.

The place is very spacious and clean. It’s right next to the pool which has a great bar, arcade and activities for kids. My only have two complaints the pull out sofa bed and the tv in that room. I wanted that room for my 11 year old however the sofa bed was terrible. He can sleep almost anywhere so it was pretty bad. The tv isn’t a smart tv in that room so no Netflix, Hulu etc. other than that the place was perfect.

We were in Orlando for a couple days with our kids and my brother and sister- in- law to see the USMNT play Panama in the World Cup Qualifier. It was the perfect condo with plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was spacious and more than enough seating areas for all of us to be comfortable. Nice balcony furniture and overall a great place to stay! The hosts answered all of our questions and check in was a breeze. The pool is right around the corner and it’s super nice. We loved staying here.

The condo was within 10 minute drive to the parks and very reasonably priced. The owner was quick to answer questions. Loved the pool, hot tub, game room, and tiki bar. Large balcony, comfortable, and clean. Quiet and safe area, stores within walking distance, nice lake. Highly recommend!

Easy process from start to finish. Excellent experience. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have a cheat sheet for operating the TVs for those not technologically savvy.

We stayed with some of our employees while working at the convention center and it was an EXTREMELY comfortable stay. So close to the convention center and so comfy. Plenty of room for everyone in my party. The home is beautiful and comes with some of the necessary essentials so you don't have to buy extra stuff like coffee filters. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone stay here. We will come back

Lin was very helpful when we arrived and when we had questions. Everything was clean and a beautiful resort. The pool and hot tub were wonderful everyday and the bartenders were very nice and talkative. The drinks were wonderful after walking all day it was so nice to relax in the pool and have some cocktails. It was a great experience and can't wait to go back someday. Will definitely go back to Vista Cay it was a short drive to the parks and airport. Very convenient location.

The property was as good as advertised. There were a few things that did not work but nothing worth even bothering the property manager about (alarm clock in master bedroom) but this property was in order and clean.
