New appliances in a full kitchen with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with guests perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is a lovely mid-century inspired dining area for up to 8 (makes a great boardroom table!) and a luxurious family sitting area with a 55" Smart TV.


The living room leads out to a furnished patio where you can enjoy cold drinks on warm evenings.

This super spacious home offers 3 bedrooms.


The master suite with a King bed and new Sealy Posturpeadic Euro plush pillow top mattress and top quality linens, a 32” Smart TV, walk in closet and a vast en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower, his and her double vanity and screened toilet.


The guest wing offers a king bedroom with a 32” smart TV, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a 32” smart TV. There is also a full family bathroom.

A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We had a great stay, the condo perfectly met our needs for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and huge! It’s first floor location made it easily accessible. The large community pool was great. About 20 minute drive to Disney parks. Great place to come home to at the end of a long day at the parks.

This property was clean, and much more spacious than we expected. It was conveniently located to theme parks & Camping World Stadium, safely gated and surrounded with places to eat. We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool and other amenities but they were very well kept & inviting! We will definitely consider this location & unit for future Orlando visits.

We really enjoyed Lin’d beautiful home and built family memories that will remain with all of us. The fact that everyone slept in extremely comfortable beds, and all the details of the homes were on point, made our weekend one for the books. Had a great experience. Space is bigger on person than it looks in the pictures. Walking distance on Publix, Walgreens, and a small craft brewery were a huge plus. Kitchen was well stocked when we cooked, and the resort grounds were well maintained. Will definitely keep in mind if we return.

First of all, great place. Very clean, updated, great location, plenty of room! Pool area with bar was a great bonus. Our hosts Lin and Geoff were very easy to deal with and very responsive (I couldn't find my email with door codes and was able to get a hold of Lin right away). I would rate the property five stars but the only reason I didn't was the patio furniture left a little to be desired. This is one of many of their units, and I am sure the others have a nicer patio "experience", but ours was lacking. Minor detail, but everything else was 5 stars.

It’s a nice economical place, the place was clean. The pool area was crowed and dirty. The pool staff is rude and not helpful, sorry community. The hallways smell like smoke and the garbage is placed in hallways too for pick up. The carpets are dirty and need replacement. The kitchen tile was loose and needs help. And, the upstairs neighbors are loud, kids running at all hours.
