The Space
Open plan kitchen and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal.
There is a dining table for 6 plus seating at the bar.
The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area and den where there is also comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV.

Bed & Bath
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 (8 including small children) on all new upgraded pillow-top mattresses and good linens - plus a sofa bed in the den.
All bedrooms have good size flatscreen TVs and overhead fans. The master suite has a super comfy king bed, vast en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.
The guest wing includes a queen room and 3rd room with 2 double beds plus a full bathroom
A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We love our time here! We are repeat guests to this area of Vista Cay. Location is perfect for parks, grocery, Walmart etc. Quiet and clean and stress free!!

Beautiful home, enjoyed every part of our stay at this location. We have stayed at the Vista Cay properties every year for the last 5-6 years at a different condo, this was by far the most impressive, well equipped, functional for family. I would like to Personally thank Lin for allowing us to have early check in, super host!

“Lin's apartment was just as advertised in a great location which we have been to many times, absolutely massive plenty of room for everyone, lovely and clean, well equipped with everything you need, The communication with Lin was very prompt and she was very accommodating even storing some luggage for us while we went down to Key West. THE COMMUNICATION IS HUGE FOR ME I GIVE LIN A 10 PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE I HAVE FAMILY IN FLA AND WE CAN GO ANYWHERE IF WE STAY AT VISTA CAY!!! WITHIN MINUTES WHEN IT RAINS THERE ARE THINGS TO DO ! JUST ALL AROUND GREAT PLAC

We’ve stayed at this property before. It’s location is fantastic, close to everything, easy to get to. The condo we rented this time was very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Well appointed. Clean. Very responsive to an issue with the garbage disposal. It wouldn’t turn on and the sink wasn’t draining because of it. They came right away and fixed it since the managers live in the unit. Would definitely recommend.

“Wow” was the first thing my entire family said when they walked in the door. The home is beautiful and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The beds were perfect. The owners proactively reached out to make sure everything was working properly. They thought of all the little things to make your stay great. The patio with the lake view was icing on the cake-we could see some fireworks from the nearby parks.

This place is awesome! It is totally worth the price considering it puts you 10 minutes away from all the Orlando action. The grounds are awesome too; with the pool, the gym, the bar at the pool, and the 1.2 mile walk around the lake/pond out back there is something for everyone here. The house comes with basic things such as towels and linens but be aware you'll need to purchase all other items you may need (trashbags, toilet paper, toiletries, etc.). The beds are cozy and this place has enough nooks and crannies for everyone to have their own spaces without being on top of each other (a must when you have up to 7 people). Lin and Geoff are very responsive if you have issues and nearby if you need them, which was helpful when we had door code issues. Overall very nice place!
