THE SPACE

A spacious light, open-plan living room features a cosy seating area, 65”4K Smart TV and one of the best lake views on the resort.
In the dining room, off the kitchen, a large table seats 6 and a good size desk is tucked away in the corner .
Prepare breakfast or a feast in our well equipped, modern, open kitchen with granite breakfast bar. Bakers will love all the additional tools and equipment and we even have a food processor.
The penthouse is south facing with sunrise and sunsets from the balcony and seasonal fireworks just across the lake at Seaworld and the Ritz Carlton.
A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

I visited Orlando with my mom and sister, and we were each extremely pleased with Lin’s accommodations. My mom loved that she could wash her clothes in a nice stocked laundry room as well as the spaciousness of the entire condo. I loved the peaceful serene neighborhood, including a good eatery aptly called Moma’s Cafe that had vegan options for my mom. And my (younger) sister enjoyed being able to have a nice clean room, all to herself, with a sizable bed and a door that could lock out my mom and me -for privacy. lol I would definitely book again.

Lin was a great host. She was very responsive and the stay was just as described...the location was ideal as it is between Universal and Disney. The condo offered everything we needed and a quiet place to stay. Enjoyed the condo and would stay again!

This was our first time staying outside of Disney property for our vacation. With teenagers, we needed extra space. This condo was perfect! Having two bathrooms and a bedroom for everyone, plus a kitchen and laundry room made the trip much more restful. The condo is very quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view from the porch is wonderful. And, it took less than 20 minutes to get to Disney and Universal. We will definitely be back next time we travel to Orlando.

This condo was a 3 bedroom two bathroom perfect for a family but me and my husband decided to stay so we could watch the fireworks from the balcony, which didn’t disappoint. If you have kids or you and your spouse want to cozy up and enjoy the show it’s perfect. The condo decor was beautiful and very clean. This condo is right around the corner from the main strip where you can fine a nice bar or family restaurant. Also close to sea world, Top golf and a kart and arcade game room. Walt Disney, magic kingdom and more is about 15 to 20 minutes away not far depending on the traffic. If you need to pick up anything Publix is right around the corner and Walmart is nearby as well. The owner Lin was very nice and helpful and took care of anything we needed no matter what time it was, and she stayed informative through email which was very helpful and convenient without invading your space. Nice experience great place to rent.

Inside and outside of this property is better than any pictures can represent. Upon entering this spacious condo, much care has been given to all details. Decor is beautiful, kitchen fully stocked, beds super comfy and view from patio is outstanding. We enjoyed two sets of fireworks throughout the week. Lin is so nice and communication is outstanding. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home.
