The Space
The spacious 2000sf layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a desk and cosy seating area in living room and an intimate TV viewing area in the den. The open plan living and dining area has a dining table for 6 with 55" smart TV close by, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

The cook can chat with guests or keep an eye on the TV while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal in the fully equipped, top of the line kitchen. All the comforts of home and more!

Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai - the perfect spot to unwind with a cool drink and watch the sun go down over Lake Cay.

Bed & Bath
The master bedroom features a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 50" smart TV. The huge en-suite bathroom includes his and hers vanity, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom.

All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, high quality linens, large smart TVs and ceiling fans.

A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

Me and my family had a nice stay at this rental. We were impressed with the amount of room and amenities nearby. The property is in the Vista Cay location in a gated community that adds to the convenience and safety. Most of the activities we wanted to do (outside of KSC) were within a few miles of the location and we also could sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks from the parks, which was nice.

Wonderful stay! Exactly as described & very clean. We particularly liked the balcony - loved that it had a ceiling fan, comfy furniture & a lake view (bonus view of SeaWorld rollercoasters!). Publix was a literal 5 minutes walk across the street. Very quiet complex with plenty of parking & excellent amenities. Communication with Lin's team was fantastic - we booked last minute & airbnb was having system problems. Lin's team communicated with us almost immediately and figured out a fix. We will definitely book with them again.

This unit was at the top end of the price range for equivalent floor plan units in the sprawling complex. We were not disappointed with the quality or condition of the furnishings, decor and bedding. Lots of space. Location on the top floor overlooking the lake was great, no noise above us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. With regards to consumables, salt and pepper was provided. BBQs were available in an open space a couple of buildings over but are briquette, not gas, so we didn’t use them. Linens are limited; you will need to do laundry daily. Pool towels for the 6 of us were provided, look for them in the laundry room. I brought a few extra washer and dishwasher pods with me so we were fine. For maintenance issues, Lin and Teresa responded quickly; resolution was within a day. One of our party left behind an AirPod, we messaged Lin’s team and we were able to recover it from the cleaning staff before our flight departed. That was great service!

Great experience from start to finish - communication with Lin was great. We loved the condo - beautiful, with lovely lake view and evening fireworks from comfort of the balcony. Furnishings lovely, beds comfy, facilities great. Also very grateful for the late checkout option as we had an evening flight home. Thoroughly recommend the condo! Thank you Lin.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was super clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was terrific. We walked across the street for groceries - so convenient! A short drive to the airport and to Disney. We don’t have one bad thing to say - it was ALL great!

This condo unit is top notch! A 4th floor unit facing Lake Cay. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Spacious and very clean. Outdoor balcony furnished with comfy chairs and chaise lounge. Would definitely stay again and do recommend this unit and the owner. Exceeded our expectations!
