The Space
This newly refurbished condo has 2000+ sf fabulous Mid lake Views and is just 1 building from the main Pool and Clubhouse. The spacious layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, has an open plan living and dining area, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 6 guests (8 with small children).
The south facing living area offers cosy open plan seating plus a breakfast nook and formal dining room, a 55” TV, DVD and premium cable.
The cook can chat with guests while preparing a meal in the granite topped kitchen which is equipped for a quick snacks or gourmet dining. All the comforts of home and more!
Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai, which is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day and watch the sunset and the lovely views over Lake Cay with Sea World fireworks.
Bed & Bath
The master bedroom features a king size bed with new ($3000) hybrid mattress top quality linens plus a ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. The vast en suite bathroom includes his and hers double vanities, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. Upgraded pillow top mattresses, top quality linens, fans and flat-screen TVS in all bedrooms.

We so enjoyed staying in this condo when we visited Orlando for a competition. Decor was beautiful and condo was a wonderful place to enjoy and relax between events. Beds were so comfortable. The balcony was serene and a wonderful spot to wake up with coffee and watch the ducks and squirrels near the lake. Would definitely stay again!! All interaction with the management was polite and geared to making our stay enjoyable.

The property is exactly as described, top shelf, well appointed, and in great shape, as they note in the listing the master bed we wanted to take with us it was that comfortable. We had a issue with one of the TV's and the property manger was there in like 20 minutes to resolve it, so when they say they live on site they actually do. Very close to all the attractions and one of the only condo complex's in the area actually licensed for short term rentals. Excellent stay we will be back!

Vista Cay is a fabulous place to stay for a vacation if you're interested in being close to ALL the attractions in Orlando! The property is beautiful, sits on a lagoon with a walking path, has a great pool right out the door with a fabulous game room for kids and great bartenders for adults! It is within walking distance of a Publix, Walgreens, a fabulous bakery and two great restaurants. The convention centers are a stone's throw away as well as Top Golf, Sea World, Icon Park and all the Disney and Univeral Parks....shopping in Orlando can be highbrow at Millenium or there are fabulous outlets too! Our condos have always been clean, perfectly appointed and have everything you could possibly need for a weeks' vacation included. This is our 'go-to' place for The Dance Awards! We are already planning for next summer!

Took our adult kids and their boyfriend and girlfriend to Disney. Absolutely wonderful place for us to stay! Big enough for us to spread out! I absolutely loved the balcony in the mornings, it was so peaceful! Will absolutely be back!! Oh, and Lin was amazing from the get go!!

We stayed for the AAU volleyball nationals next door at the OCCC and the location was perfect! It is walkable though with the summer heat we made the super short drive. Check in was seamless the condo was beautiful and ultra clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in. There is plenty of room to spread out for a group. The bedrooms are spacious and the king bed in the main bedroom is wonderfully comfortable! The balcony overlooking the pond is a lovely quiet spot to unwind outdoors. We will absolutely return for future Orlando trips.

This condo was perfect for our stay! We had two families as our daughters were in a volleyball tournament at the convention center. With two rooms with king beds and another with two queens for the girls we were very comfortable. The best part is being able to walk to the convention center!! This place was absolutely wonderful! It's spacious, clean, and had everything my friends and I needed. The location was perfect, right down the street from a ton of shops, restaurants, and activities. The club house with the pool and bar was very close by and so much fun. The kitchen had all the essential cookware to make meals. I highly recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed!

his was an ABSOLUTELY wonderful condo. It was clean, affordable, comfortable, and large enough for my travel party. I have ZERO complaints; however, I do have a few suggestions. 1. The bath towels need to be updated. 2. One of the bulbs in the dining room chandelier was blown. 3. The bathroom shared by the two bedrooms has light-colored bath rugs in it; however, if those light-colored rugs are to remain, perhaps they should be bleached. Or, consider changing the rugs to darker colored rugs. Other than that, this was a GREAT property! We will definitely stay here again...sooner than later!

We were in town for a conference at the convention center and this place was perfect! Great location, place was a perfect size and layout for our group. The pool was so close, which we loved. We rented a car while here which was perfect to stock the fridge and to get around. I would absolutely stay at this place again!

We have visited Vista Cay many times over the past few years and stayed in the townhomes as well as multiple condos. This was, by far, the best one I have ever rented. Every need of ours was met. It was well-appointed, very clean, the beds are super comfy and the location was perfect. Check-in was a breeze and we never had any problems during our stay. There were even a few additional essentials left for us (laundry pods, a couple of garbage bags, and dish detergent) even though we always bring our own. It was very nice having the thoughtful things like liquid handsoap at all of the sinks (none of the other condos had this and you would be surprised how such a tiny thing can be so appreciated!) We will absolutely stay here next time we come to Orlando.

This spacious, updated condo was super clean with attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations. Even the coffee cups and glasses were placed precisely in orderly fashion in the cupboards! The lakeview was lovely and we highly recommend staying in this exquisite, spacious condo! I enjoyed the large lake, wildlife, gym, jacuzzi and pool. Vista Cay's grounds were immaculate. We will definitely stay there again!
