The master bedroom has a pillow-top king mattress with quality linens, en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top beds (One king, the other a queen).
All bedrooms have overhead fans and Smart Tvs.

This is our second time renting thru Lin and I won't go elsewhere. Lin provides a great space: clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Her check in and out process is simple and clear instructions provided. Great place, superb host.

If you need to be close to everything, this is a great place to stay! We were in town for an event at the OCCC and it was a perfect location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Pictures and description exactly as described. Quick to respond to maintenance issue (slow drain). Amenities 1 min walk away. Publix is 4 min drive. About 20 min from Disney. Probably one of the best places we have stayed.

The place was pristine. Better than the photos portrayed. I had an issue with the bedding, and next thing I knew, she was at my door changing my bedding like a fairy! If I come back to Orlando, this would be the place I'd check into availability first! Great host and excellent Airbnb!!!

We stayed at Vista Cay to visit universal studios and surrounds. This was a great apartment close to restaurants to eat out or plenty of utensils to cook at home. Tasteful fit out. Area was nice a quiet, easy parking and great onsite facilities. We used both the pool and gym. The host provided great communication and information about the property and surrounds, restaurant recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend.

The location of this amazing apartment is pretty convenient for visiting Universal Studios. It was easy to check in. The beautifully renovated rooms were neat and comfortable. Lin was very friendly and responsive. My friend and I had a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location of the condo was perfect for our needs. This condo is basically 15-20 minutes to Disney Springs, 15-20 minutes to the Orlando airport, and right down the street to the convention center. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a large pool with bar area for relaxing if you have time for that during your visit. The communication with Lin was smooth and easy as well. The condo fit our needs for this quick visit to the Orlando area.

She was a good host. The place had a few ants and was extremely cold but otherwise we enjoyed.

Glad you enjoyed your stay India. Sorry to hear you were cold. You had complete control of the thermostat India, and just needed to move the dial higher to turn off the AC. Ants are a persistent Florida problem. They live in the fabric of the buildings and find their way in when its very hot or wet and then leave just as quickly. We have had both extremes recently, but if you had said, we would have been happy to treat.

Loved our stay! Lin was very helpful and communicative once we booked. She provided very clear and helpful check in instructions. Check in was a breeze. The condo is very clean, beautiful and well equipped. It had everything we needed. We didn’t get to use any of the resort amenities due to rain but everything is very well maintained.

Perfect location for our mini Universal vacation. It was just my husband, myself and our two girls and they both enjoyed having their own room to themselves. I worked out in the fitness center and it’s very well equipped. Lin was great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Lins place was perfect for me and my friends on a trip to the parks. It was a great place to come back to and relax, and was stocked with every amenity you’d need. It was so spacious! And the water pressure was great. Would recommend and definitely come back :)!

The condo has a very nice open concept and is very cozy. It’s location is very nice as well. We did find the showers needed to be cleaned a little better but other than that it is very nice and we would stay there again.

This place is spotless and beautiful the only downside was the wifi didn’t work at all. Totally worth it especially since it was such a short stay.

Lin operates multiple condos in this complex and has her business operating like a well oiled machine. She is quick to respond, very accommodating with anything you need, and she wants you to enjoy your stay. I moved to Orlando for a new job, and our first AirBNB was a disaster. upon cancelling, my family was what you could consider homeless - hotel hopping. Lin was able to accommodate us quickly and affordably. she also had special touches like providing us kids utensils and a high chair and a pack and play. The facility was clean, operational, and helped my family get back on it's feet during a challenging relocation event. overall - highly recommended, and if it weren't for the covid-19 pandemic, I'm certain her rentals will almost always be sold out.
