THE SPACE
Open-plan living room with comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV offers unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando.
A dining area is just off the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you might need for a quick breakfast to dinner for 6. There is also additional seating at the bar so the cook can chat with family and friends.
Bed & Bath
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 spacious king bedrooms with plush, pillow-top mattresses plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans.
A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

Lin and Teresa were great host, very responsive. Great location 15 mins away from everywhere I went. Walking distance from Publix and Walgreens along with a few other restaurants so convenient.

Lin’s apartment was clean and organized. Check in was super easy with the instructions provided. We brought our son to Orlando for a week for Thanksgiving break. We did not want to have to go to the parks everyday, wanted to also relax as a staycation in Orlando. Her kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prep your family a meal. Laundry machine and dryer was a plus! Everything was perfect, we found everything we needed :). I just realized I did not even have to reach out to Lin for any assistance! But judging by the way the apartment was presented, I’m sure she would have been very helpful and responsive! Neighborhood is very convenient. You have a handful of fast food restaurants, Publix and a Walgreens next door. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Me and my family loved this accommodation, it was clean, easy to located, I am sure we are using this same place when next I visit. I also forgot an item, the swift of which they were able to assist in getting the item and trying to ship it to me. Shows they have honest people working for them. Love it , thanks Lin.

This was an excellent condo and the location was superb. I would highly suggest booking with LIn. Everything was as promised, checkin was easy and an easy commute to everything in the Orlando area.

Love Lin's place. The place is beautiful and as described "Recently Renovated". My family and I stayed very comfortably and while some of us went to the park, some of us stayed at the house and just enjoyed the balcony and walked around the complex. I highly recommend this place for families. It is very close to everything. Publix supermarket, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.

Stayed in Orlando for National Volleyball tournament. My daughter and I shared with another mom and daughter. It was clean, it was modern, it was stocked with a small supply of necessities and amenities. Loved the location being close to main pool and clubhouse. Will definitely book for next year.

The home was very beautiful! Definitely give hotel vibes but you have everything you need at your fingertips. Lin was very kind and easily accessible. I enjoyed her home very much and wouldn’t mind staying there again if I’m ever in the area

Wonderful condo stay! Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, nice open concept, everything was very clean, great amenities, she even had cleaning supplies and appliances we rarely find in most rentals...thoughtful touches.
